2024 Junior Interclub Tournament
Date: Tuesday August 13th, 2024 (11 am start)
Locations: 8 player team - Saint-Raphaël
4 player team - TBA
Cost to tryout: $20
(Includes two 1 hour group lessons for anyone who wants to try out + must complete two 18 hole tryout rounds within 10 days)
Once the team is finalized, the Interclub team practices are held twice a week with the coaches.
One day is a 1 hour on range session, second day is a 2 hour on course session. (Days TBA)
Practices run over a span of 10 weeks prior to the tournament.
Cost once on the team: $350 per player
(Includes 10 team practices, 10 on course sessions, team shirt, team hat)
For those who don't already have a team bag: Possible extra cost (sponsor dependent)

Train To Compete
Athletes at this stage are committed, competitive and focused on their performance at an advanced level.
Goal - Perform basic and Ultimate-specific skills under a variety of competition conditions. Build a strong support network for athletes to ensure continual development.
Technical - Players demonstrate a high degree of consistency in all disciplines of the game.
Tactical - Introduce course strategies.
Physical - Athletes are fit enough to train and compete without injuries or burnout.
Psychological - Athletes should love the game and thrive on competition.
